How to Make Wheat Rava Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
Broken wheat rava - 1 1/2 cups
Green chillies - 1
Tomato - 1 small
Onion - 1 medium size
Jeera
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Mustard
Salt
Method
Wheat Rava Dosa Recipe
Soak wheat rava in water for 1 hour.
Wash and grind it with green chillies, tomato and salt by adding little water as required to the consistency of a idli batter.
Season a little mustard, jeera, saute the onions add curry and coriander leaves to it and mix it along with the batter.
Heat oil in a griddle, pour a ladleful of batter and spread in circular motion.
Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip the other side, cook until done.
Now Hot and tasty Wheat Rava Dosa is ready.
